Q.  I do not hold a PayPal account, am I still able to order through your website?
A. Yes, absolutely, PayPal does not require you to hold an account in order to use our payment system.

Q. Can I return my goods if I change my mind, or if they are the wrong size?
A. Yes, absolutely, you can return the items for an exchange for any reason, as long as the items are returned unused, unwashed and the tags still attached. Please download our ‘Exchange and Returns’ form from the ‘Returns’ information tab and send it back with the items to the address on the form. I will happily send you out an Exchange form if required.

If your order was supplied incorrectly or the goods you received are faulty, please contact us prior to returning.

Q. What is your policy on refunds?
A. In most circumstances no refund will be offered, however, if your order was incorrectly supplied or faulty, and the ordered item is no longer in stock we will provide a full refund.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. In most circumstances as long as your order is received before 2pm, it will be shipped the same day.

Australia Post standard delivery times for regular parcel service (as a guide only)
Perth Metro Areas 1 – 2 Days
Perth Country Areas 1 – 4 Days
All Other Australian States – Metro Areas 4 – 5 Days

For next day delivery please choose the Platinum Post option at the check out, this will however attract an additional shipping charge of $7. Please check Australia Post ‘next day’ delivery network prior to placing your order.

Q. Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
A. No, however if you wish to sign for your delivery, please contact us at the time you place your order and we can arrange this for a fee of $4.00

Q. How will you use my private information?
A. At Cute n’ Cheap Clothing, we take your privacy and security very seriously, at no time will your personal information be available to an outside party unless directly required to complete your order.

We may however occasionally hire external parties to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquires, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted only to obtain personal information required to deliver the service.
Please contact customer support should you have any queries regarding your privacy or security.

Q. What payment options available for my order?
A. There are several payment options available to you;
PayPal
If you are a PayPal account holder simply choose the PayPal option at the check out, follow the prompts and you can pay using your nominated PayPal account.

Credit Card
Using the secure payment system facilitated by PayPal at the check out, you can enter your credit card details for payment. If you would prefer, you are also able to order and pay with your credit card over the phone, please contact customer service on 1300 985 043.

Direct Debit
If you prefer to transfer the funds directly using EFT, you are able to do this by choosing the EFT option at the checkout and following the prompts.

Q. What happens if the product I have ordered is out of stock?
A. If you order a product that is out of stock, we will contact you to provide an alternative, if none can be found, we will offer a refund. If you would like to order an item that appears ‘out of stock’ on the website please contact us, if the item is still available we will do our best to order it for you.

Q. If I purchase a gift, can this be sent directly to another person?
A. Yes, absolutely, please provide the alternate shipping address when you checkout.

Q. Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
A. Yes, if you would like your order gift wrapped, please add this service to your shopping cart in the Gift Wrapping section. You can choose from three wrapping paper designs, I will also include a blank card with your message if desired.

There is a place for comments when you check out, please remember to write in this box which items you would like gift wrapped and include a personal message for the card if required, if there is no message in this area, we will not include a card with the gift.

Q. Am I able to place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can use the customer service number to provide your order over the phone, you are also able to use your credit card to pay over the phone if you prefer.

Q. What if my order does not arrive?
A. Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided a tracking number which will allow you to see where your package is at all times throughout the delivery process. Should there be any problems with your delivery, using the tracking number you can trace it back with Australia Post to locate your order.

Q. I am a wholesaler or produce items that I think would be a good fit for your store, can I contact you?
A. Yes, I am always looking for new and interesting products to stock in my store, please send me an email to discuss and include any relevant pictures or catalogues.
