It is very important to us that you are 100% happy with your Cute n’ Cheap Clothing experience, to ensure this I will gladly exchange any products for size, or even if you change your mind.
Please download our exchange/returns form ‘Exchanges & Returns’ and email, post or fax back to me, if you have any questions about our returns policy, please don’t hesitate to call our customer service line on 1300 985 043 or send us an email at sales@cutencheapclothing.com.au. I will happily post you out a returns form if required.

To keep things simple the following is a list of my returns and exchange conditions;

• You need to contact me regarding any return within 7 days of receiving the item
• Items must be returned within 21days of receiving them (you are deemed to have received your item from 5 working days from date of postage)
• All items must be unworn, unwashed and tags attached, we cannot provide credit, exchange or refund for any items that are returned used or damaged.
• The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges unless the items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
• No refunds will be issued, however, I will gladly provide a store credit note – All credit notes must be used within 6 weeks from date of issue.
• Delivery fees are not refundable, and will not be included in any credit notes issued.
• I personally check each item that is shipped to you so it is very unlikely that any faulty or incorrectly supplied items will leave my store. However in the unlikely event that this occurs, I will provide a full exchange and take care of all extra shipping charges incurred as a result of the faulty or incorrectly supplied item. Should the item no longer be available in your chosen size/style, I will offer a store credit or refund. Please contact me prior to returning any faulty or incorrectly supplied items to discuss shipping for returns.
• We cannot provide credit, exchange or refund any items that are lost in the mail.
• No exchanges or credits will be offered for items purchased from our ‘Clearance’ section unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
